Sata has eight children. Zambians took to social media to poke fun at the daughter's weight while others admired her for being a truly African beauty.
Some said the pair were just normal young women in a bikini, which should be encouraged in Zambia, not vilified.
Others attacked Zambian Watchdog, the site that published the picture, for having ulterior motives.
